‘Search and Seizure’
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
On July 12 of this year an opinion piece was written in the Wall Street Journal entitled, 'Smart Cities Will Know Everything About You.' This sounds like everyone's personal privacy is at risk. Just how far have we come?Appearing with Jim to discuss this was Katherine Albrecht.
