SERMON DESCRIPTION
Regarding the distribution of gifts, McGee says, “This is not a spiritual smorgasbord where you come to the counter and you take what you want.” If this were so, most would take the more exciting gifts such as tongues, while those gifts such as giving or helping would be less popular. A spiritual gift is a supernatural manifestation of the Spirit given to each believer as God chooses -for the sake of unity in the Body.

DR. J. VERNON MCGEE pastored an inter-denominational church, Church Of The Open Door in California. In 1967 he started the now famous "Through The Bible" radio program that airs on thousands of stations world-wide.His burden has been to do systematic simple bible teaching to equip believers, protect them against false doctrines and share the whole counsel of God. He also has been a guest lecturer at the Dallas Theological Seminary.
