WHAT IS YOUR LIFE?

SERMON INDEX
Promoting Genuine Biblical Revival

DR. J. VERNON MCGEE

“Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.”

James 4:13-14 ~ King James Version Bible

SERMON DESCRIPTION
A scriptural reminder that this life is brief and uncertain. Yet in a world of uncertainty McGee reminds believers they can be sure of their salvation! Paul’s words are used to sum up this certainty in Jesus Christ: “I know whom I have believed, and I am pursuaded that he able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.” The sermon ends with the simple profound invitation. “Come now.”

The work and ministry of SermonIndex can be encapsulated in this one word: Revival... » Find out more
