PALESTINIAN ATTACKS
ALMOST DAILY OCCURENCE

BY ABRA FORMAN - BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS (BIN)
Five Israelis were injured in two separate terror attacks in Judea and Samaria on Sunday morning. A terrorist rammed his car into a hitchhiking post at the Tapuach Junction, causing injuries to four Israeli civilians, two serious, one moderate, and one light. Two hours later, a female Palestinian terrorist stabbed a civilian security guard outside of the city of Beitar Illit, which is located a short distance from Jerusalem, moderately injuring him.

The earlier attack took place when a driver approached a group of people waiting at the Tapuach Junction for a bus and accelerated his car into the crowd. Two Israeli men in their twenties were seriously injured and hospitalized in stable condition. A pregnant woman in her twenties was injured lightly, and a fourth Israeli sustained light to moderate wounds after being struck by gunfire from a police officer targeting the driver of the car.

The driver, a 22-year-old Palestinian man from Ramallah, was shot and killed by Border Police forces at the junction.

Another attack followed two hours later, when a 22-year-old Palestinian woman from Bethlehem, dressed in a traditional black hijab, approached a security guard at his post just outside Beitar Illit and attempted to stab him. The woman’s approach had caused an emergency dispatcher to alert the guard, who stopped the woman and asked for her identification. She gave it to him and then reached her hand into her purse. As the guard looked at her ID card, she pulled a large knife out of her bag and lunged at him. He then shot her, moderately wounding her.

Security forces believe she had planned to enter the city and attack a larger group of people at a bus stop.

Terror attacks like these have become an almost daily occurrence over the past month, reaching from Israel’s main cities to small villages in Judea and Samaria.

GOD FIGHTS SATAN WITH MIRACLES FROM ISRAEL

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

ISRAEL’S INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGY
PROVES ITS BIBLICAL BLESSING

“And He said, ‘It is insufficient for you to be My servant,
to establish the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the besieged of Israel, but I will make you a light to nations, so that My salvation shall be until the end of the earth.’ ” ~
Isaiah 49:6

BY DR. RIVKAH LAMBERT ADLER - BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS (BIN)
Is the source of Israel’s innumerable contributions to the world the result of natural factors or a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy? Israel is a tiny country, slightly smaller than the state of New Jersey, yet it consistently offers extraordinary contributions that benefit people all over the world.

Ten years ago, Israel’s enemies began a campaign to boycott, divest from and sanction Israel. Today, pro-Israel groups fight against this campaign, which is known as BDS, by focusing on Israel’s global contributions, particularly in the areas of medicine, technology, transportation, farming, humanitarian aid and more. Israel’s contributions in these realms are known for being completely out of proportion to the size of the country and its population.

Why is the modest-sized country of Israel blessed with such outsized success in so many fields?

The popular book Start-Up Nation by Dan Senor and Saul Singer, first published in 2009, offers three seemingly natural causes for Israel’s unnatural success. First, there is the leadership training and social networking that so many Israelis benefit from as part of their mandatory army service. Second, Israel is a society of immigrants, which means that the country constantly benefits from an influx of intellectual capital from all over the world. Third, questioning and challenging authority is an ingrained part of Jewish culture, providing an environment which allows innovation to surface.

Another, more Biblical approach looks to the blessing from Isaiah 49:6. In this verse, God tells the Jewish people that it’s not enough for them to be in an exclusive relationship with Him. To expand the mission of the Jewish people, God promises He will make the Jewish people “l’ohr goyim” – a light to the nations.

Gidon Ariel, co-founder of Root Source, a platform for Bible-based Christians and Jews to engage with one another and co-author of Israel FIRST!, suggested to Breaking Israel News that the miracle of the Jews returning to the Land of Israel after 2,000 years should have been enough “to turn everyone into sworn God fans.”

However, as a cursory reading of any newspaper around the world will confirm, that didn’t happen. According to Ariel, other miracles are needed, “to clarify the light the Jewish people shine on the world, [which] is the knowledge of, and respect for, the God of Israel.”

Ariel suggests that most people’s ability to see the light of God in the world is clouded, perhaps due to the influence of Satan. “The human race is still repelling this augmented light,” he asserts.

In the Book of Micah, God promises He will continue to bless the Jewish people with miracles.

“As in the days of your exodus from Egypt,
I will show you miracles.” ~ Micah 7:15

Ariel concludes with this thought, “I am no prophet, but I would offer that God needs to make good on His promises. He is finishing up His business of completing the world, with help from His partners, the human race.”

In simple terms, according to Ariel’s thesis, Israel’s extraordinary successes is the fulfillment of Isaiah 49:6 – to make the Jewish people a light to the nations. By blessing Israel with the ability to help the citizens of the world through its countless innovations, “God is making His miracle even bigger and more valuable to the world.”

IS OBAMA THE LEADER “UNSUITABLE FOR RULE” WHOSE COMING WAS FORETOLD IN AN ANCIENT JEWISH PROPHECY?

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

Photo: Pete Souza/ Official White House Photo

OBAMA’S FOREIGN POLICY DECISIONS MAY
WELL MEAN THE DOWNFALL OF AMERICA

“But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart that I may multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt. When Pharaoh does not listen to you, then I will lay My hand on Egypt and bring out My hosts, My people the sons of Israel, from the land of Egypt by great judgments.” ~ Exodus 7:3-4

BY ADAM ELIYAHU BERKOWITZ - BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS (BIN)
In the Zohar, a classic Jewish text, it is written that in the last days before the Messiah, all of the historic enemies of Israel will be reincarnated and brought back in the last generation before the redemption to battle Israel again. In this final battle at the end of days, they will all be thoroughly destroyed.

Despite this being an esoteric reference in an ancient Jewish text, it is known that Saddam Hussein, the tyrannical former leader of Iraq, considered himself to be the reincarnation of Nebuchadnezzar, the Chaldean king credited with destroying the first Jewish Temple. When Hussein commissioned a reconstruction project of the ancient city of Babylon, he had the inscription “To King Nebuchadnezzar in the reign of Saddam Hussein” inscribed on bricks inserted into the walls.

Hussein was mimicking the original Nebuchadnezzar, who was said to have inscribed his name on the bricks when he built cities in his time. Hussein was hanged on the ninth day of the Hebrew month of Tevet. The tenth of Tevet is a fast day commemorating the day Nebuchadnezzar began the siege on Jerusalem that led to the destruction of the Jewish Temple.

The Jewish holiday of Purim commemorates our victory over the evil Haman, adviser to King Ahashverosh in the Persian court. Persia is, of course, Iran. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was clear on that connection when addressing the US Congress concerning the nuclear deal with Iran on the day before Purim. He compared modern Iran with ancient Persia in the Purim story.

Three years ago, then-President of Israel, Shimon Peres, not usually noted for piety or agreeing with Netanyahu, told Rabbi Ovadia Yosef that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a modern-day Haman. Many numerologists have noted that the gematria, or numerical value of words based on Hebrew letters, of Haman, 95, is the same as for Mahmoud.

The Zohar also predicts that “A man, unsuitable to rule (the world), will be ‘brought to power’ in the very Last Days . . . there will be other men similarly undeserving to be leaders at that time.” In the Bible, Pharaoh was considered to be such a leader, obstinately leading himself and his army directly into the sea, leaving his country leaderless and without protection.

American president Barack Obama is a parallel Pharoah figure in today’s world. His suitability for the post has been an issue that has dogged him since before he was elected. He was thrust into the spotlight when he gave an untelevised keynote address at the Democratic convention in 2004 to introduce the man who is now his Secretary of State, John Kerry, a man who is arguably better suited for the Oval Office. A senator from Chicago, Obama was an unknown with no experience in many key areas, most notably the national economy and foreign policy, the two areas he receives the most criticism for leaving in shambles as his second term in office nears its end.

Another telling clue to can be found through Torah codes methodology. The name ‘Obama’ appears twice in the entire Bible, using the seven letter skip-forward pattern, which is considered to give the most significant results. The first time is in Jeremiah 46:26-28, which are verses dealing with God’s promise to bring the house of Jacob back from Egyptian captivity. The name of Obama is contained within them.

However, it is unnecessary to search esoteric sources to find this connection. During Obama’s first presidential campaign, he made the seemingly incongruous promise that he would give a major address to Muslims from a Muslim capitol during his first few months as president. True to his word, on June 4, 2009, he made his famous “New Beginning” speech in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. In that speech that he announced he would be negotiating with Iran, and opposing Israeli settlements.

His behavior connected to the nuclear deal with Iran was obstinate, as if a divine force was hardening his heart. He showed a clear disregard for national security, providing weapons and resources to Iran while they screamed ‘Death to America’ in the streets. Providing such a country with nuclear weapons, and persisting in clearly pointless attempts to deal diplomatically with a nation that has openly stated its wish and intention to destroy the western world, is the modern equivalent of a Pharaoh’s irrational stubbornness in the face of divine intervention.

Similar to Pharaoh refusing to release the Jews when God hardened his heart, a decision that turned Egypt from the rulers of the world into a leaderless ruin, Obama is courting the destruction of his own nation. He considered passing the Iran nuclear deal a victory even though it meant short-circuiting the Democratic process with a shaky veto and endangering the unity and future success of his political party, his country, and the doctrine of freedom and democracy which he claims to uphold. The naivete and weakness of Obama’s foreign policy decisions may well mean the downfall of America.

Like many leaders of the past, Obama has his part to play in relation to the Jews and to the land of Israel. His role, foretold thousands of years ago, fits uncannily into the timeline of the messianic age, leading to hopes that despite the temporary triumph of Israel’s enemies, all will be defeated in order to bring redemption.

GAZA BOUTIQUE DISPLAYS MASKED MANNEQUINS BRANDISHING KNIVES

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

STORE’S NAME GLORIFYING WORLD’S
MOST REVILED ANTI-SEMITE

“Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose any of his ways.”
Proverbs 3:31

BY JNI MEDIA VIA BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS (BIN)
Fashion is a business that must keep its ear close to the ground, to identify trends and capitalize on public whims. Which is why you can’t really blame the owners of a clothing store in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip for posting mannequins in black balaclavas (the bank robber’s ski mask) and black-and-white checked keffiyehs over their faces, waving Palestinian flags in one hand and a knife in the other. The hat tip for discovering this new gem goes to Facebook user Mohammed Asad who took the first shot of the inspired display on Nov. 1, and to Israel Radio’s Arab affairs correspondent Gal Berger who ran with the story.

The combination of the store’s name glorifying the world’s most reviled anti-Semite with the most negative aspects of the Palestinian image, an image Palestinian officials are trying to erase—claiming those killed youths were non-violent protesters, “executed” by Israeli security forces—depicts accurately the state of mind of today’s Palestinians, as only a fashion enterprise can do.

ARE TERROR ATTACKS AT ANCIENT BIBLICAL SITES A DIVINE MESSAGE TO THE WORLD?

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

THE TOMB OF RACHEL

“So Rachel died, and she was buried on the road to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem. And Jacob erected a monument on her grave; that is the tombstone of Rachel until this day.” ~ Genesis 35:19-20

BY DR. RIVKAH LAMBERT ADLER - BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS (BIN)
Despite the Biblical legacy which links them to Jewish history, last week, UNESCO declared that the Cave of the Patriarchs and the Tomb of Rachel are Muslim holy sites. These same Biblical sites, along with the Temple Mount and the Tomb of Joseph, have witnessed violent acts of terror in recent weeks. Murderous stabbings in Hebron, the city of the Cave of the Patriarchs, has become an almost daily occurrence.

Jews and Christians familiar with the Hebrew Bible are aware that the purchase of the Temple Mount by King David, the Cave of the Patriarchs by Abraham and the Tomb of Joseph by Jacob are clearly documented in the Bible.

The Temple Mount’s purchase is recorded in 1 Chronicles:

“And David said to Ornan, “Give me the place of the threshing-floor, so that I may build thereon an altar to the Lord; give it to me for the full price, so that the plague be stayed from the people.” And Ornan said to David, “Take for yourself, and may my lord the king do what seems good in his eyes. See, I have given the cattle for burnt offerings, and the threshing tools for [fire] wood, and the wheat for a meal offering; I have given everything.” And King David said to Ornan, “No, for I will buy [it] for the full price, for I will not take what is yours for the Lord, and offer up burnt offerings for nothing.” And David gave to Ornan for the place shekels of gold weighing six hundred.” ~ 1 Chronicles 21:22-25

The purchase of the Cave of the Patriarchs is recorded in Chapter 23 of Genesis:

“ And Abraham listened to Ephron, and Abraham weighed out to Ephron the silver that he had named in the hearing of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, accepted by the merchant. And so the field of Ephron which was in Machpelah, facing Mamre, was established (as Abraham’s possession). [This included] the field and the cave that was in it, and all the trees that were in the field, which were within its entire border around.” ~ Genesis 23:16-17

The purchase of the land on which the Tomb of Joseph was built is recorded in Chapter 24 of the Book of Joshua:

“The bones of Joseph, which the Children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, were buried in Shechem in a parcel of land Jacob bought from the sons of Hamor, father of Shechem, for a hundred pieces of silver, and it became a heritage for the children of Joseph.” ~ Joshua 24:32

Although no money was exchanged, the Bible also records the burial of Rachel by Jacob:

“So Rachel died, and she was buried on the road to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem. And Jacob erected a monument on her grave; that is the tombstone of Rachel until this day.” ~ Genesis 35:19-20

Breaking Israel News asked two prominent rabbis to comment on why these holy places are being attacked, despite the fact that the Bible confirms they clearly belong to the Jewish people.

Rabbi Nachman Kahana, author, Torah scholar and teacher from the Old City of Jerusalem, told Breaking Israel News that the underlying message of these attacks on sacred sites is intended for the Jewish people. “I’m quite certain that the riffraff attacking Israel’s three Biblically purchased places have no idea of our connection with them, and even if one or two has ever read the Bible, they negate its authenticity. Hence, the fact that the attacks are being done in these three areas has nothing to do with the Arabs attempting to serve a message.

“The real story is that Hashem (God) has provoked them to attack these places as a message to the Jewish people, that just as the Torah will not change even one letter, so too will these places and all of Eretz Yisrael (the Land of Israel) forever be in the possession of Am Yisrael (the Jewish people).”

End Times scholar and prolific author Rabbi Pinchas Winston affirms that, through these attacks, God is speaking to the Jewish people, asking them to come closer to their Biblical heritage. He told Breaking Israel News, “Our right to the Land is Biblical. Divine Providence is saying that if people choose to ignore that fact, then the Bible will ignore them. Current events should inspire a resurgence in belief in Tanach (the Jewish Bible), which will empower us to hold onto the Land and all that is holy to us.”

PA SPREADS LIES ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWING STABBING ATTACK

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

DECEITFUL LIES...

“No one who practices deceit shall dwell in my house; no one who utters lies shall continue before my eyes.” ~ YAHWEH Psalm 101:7

BY MICHAEL ZEFF, TAZPIT PRESS SERVICE WRITER (VIA BIN)
Following a stabbing attack against IDF soldiers in Hebron, at around 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 29, the Fatah social media department began spreading claims that the knife was in fact planted on the perpetrator.

The Palestinian, identified as 19-year-old Farouk Sidr from Hebron, attempted to stab a soldier near the Beit Hadassah Jewish neighborhood in the city. Sidr was shot and killed during the attack.

Farouk Sidr is the cousin of Basel Sidr, who committed a stabbing attack near the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem on October 14. An MSNBC reporter, Ayman Mohyeldin, claimed that Basel was unarmed in the Damascus Gate incident, despite the knife being visible in the footage shown by the studio anchorman.

Immediately following Farouk Sidr’s stabbing attack, Fatah, Mahmoud Abbas’ ruling party of the Palestinian Authority (PA), tweeted a photo with the English text “Find the knife & you will know who the terrorist is.”

The PA tweet and its subsequent social media shares allege that Sidr was shot by IDF soldiers in malice and the knife was only later planted near his body. The text in Arabic asks “where is the knife?”

However, TPS (Tazpit Press Service) footage directly from the scene has shown that the knife was clutched firmly by Sdir as he was shot. A TPS cameraman on the scene verified that the attacker was indeed armed and that the knife was not placed near his body by IDF soldiers, but rather pulled out of his hand.

BODY OF KNIFE-WIELDING PALESTINIAN ATTACKER IN HEBRON 29.10.15

Video footage taken immediately after a knife-wielding Palestinian tried to stab an Israeli soldier in Hebron around 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 29, and was subsequently shot dead. The footage clearly shows the knife used by the attacker.

The Palestinian news agency Ma’an described the stabbing attack as “alleged” in an article in English and cited witnesses at the scene who claimed the IDF soldiers shot an unarmed Palestinian and later planted the knife near his body.

The Palestinian news agency later updated their article admitting that “Ma’an could not verify claims that a knife was planted at the scene.”

This is the most recent example of Palestinian Authority bodies claiming that IDF and Israeli police allegedly plant knives on unarmed Palestinians in order to justify their death.

On October 17, Fadel al-Kawasmeh, 18, was shot dead in Hebron by an Israeli man he was attempting to stab. Following the incident, Al-Jazeera reported the Palestinian claim that “Kawasmeh was assassinated by the settler.”

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the PA has begun documenting Israeli “summary executions” and “incitement” in order to file a complaint against Israel with the International Criminal Court.

The ministry claimed that al-Kawasmeh “was an innocent man who had been executed in cold blood,” and accused IDF soldiers of placing a knife near his body after he was shot “to make it look as if this crime was an act of self-defense.”

AMIDST WAVE OF PALESTINIAN TERROR ATTACKS AGAINST ISRAEL, ABBAS ASKS UN TO PROTECT THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE “AGAINST ISRAELI” AGGRESSION

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

“A false witness will not go unpunished,
and he who breathes out lies will perish. ”

Proverbs 19:9

BY RAPHAEL POCH, BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS (BIN)
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas called upon the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday to impose a two-state solution on Israel in order to “protect” Palestinians from Israel.

Amid a wave of Palestinian violence, incited by Fatah, the military wing of the Palestinian Authority, Abbas spoke to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. The recent wave of unprovoked attacks perpetrated by Israeli Arabs and Palestinians against Israeli citizens throughout the country did not deter Abbas from making his claims.

Abbas also said that the Palestinian Authority would continue its unilateral initiatives to achieve statehood via the international community, such as joining the International Criminal Court. He categorically rejected interim peace initiatives such as reopening negotiations with Israel.

Continuing to play the victim, Abbas called on the UN “more urgently than any time before, to set up a special regime for international protection for the Palestinian people, immediately.”

He added, “The Security Council is requested to shoulder its responsibilities and to establish a special regime of protection for the Palestinian people,” going on to say that the Palestinians “can no longer bear all these attacks” by Israel.

He signed off by asking for protection from Israel: “Protect us, protect us, we need you.”

In a reference to a recent Israeli government decision to stop returning the corpses of terrorists, Abbas told the Human Rights Committee that Israel is carrying out “extrajudicial killings against unarmed civilians and detaining their corpses.” He neglected to condemn the stabbing attacks perpetrated against Israelis or mention that many of those killed were shot while carrying out stabbing attacks against innocent civilians.

Saying that he had called for a “peaceful popular resistance”, Abbas blamed the escalation in attacks perpetrated by Palestinians in recent weeks on Israeli aggression and the failure of the international community to respond harshly against Israel. “Our people’s angry upheaval and the recent successive events are the inevitable outcome of what we had previously warned of … as well as the failure of the international community to address this injustice,” he said.

Abbas added some flare to his speech by requesting that the Security Council to set a timeline for which Israel would be forced to leave Judea and Samaria. “Is that too much to ask? Is it too much? Isn’t it high time for the international community to move from merely talking about the justice of the Palestinian cause to taking practical measures and procedures which would serve justice to my Palestinian people?” he asked.

Abbas also repeated a threat made at the United Nations a month earlier to cancel the 1993 Oslo accords if Israel did not abide by its commitments as he claimed they were failing to do.

DID THE LATEST BLOOD MOON SIGNAL A CHANGE AT THE TEMPLE MOUNT?

LATEST NEWS, BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

“And Solomon commenced to build the House of the Lord in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where He had appeared to his father David, which he had prepared in David’s place, in the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.” ~ 2 Chronicles 3:1

Dr. Rivkah Lambert Adler, Breaking Israel News (BIN) —
Are an uptick in violence on the Temple Mount, the end of the previous Shmitta year, the final Blood Moon of the most recent tetrad and the redemption of the Jewish people connected? Two Temple Mount observers, one Jewish and one Christian, believe that there are connections to be made.

On the last day of the previous Shmitta year, and just two weeks before the appearance of the latest Blood Moon, Arabs armed with pipe bombs clashed with Israeli police on the Temple Mount. At that time, Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan said that as a result of this incident, Israel would have to reconsider the status quo on the Temple Mount. In an official statement, Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas painted the incident as one of Israeli police aggression against innocent Muslims.

Ever since then, tensions on the Temple Mount continue to violently and rapidly escalate.

Rabbi Yehuda Glick, founder of the Temple Mount Heritage Foundation and internationally known for his work on the Temple Mount, connects the future redemption of the Jewish people with the current clash between Jews and Muslims on the Temple Mount that escalated on the final day of the previous Shmitta year.

He assured Breaking Israel News that the holy site is centrally important to the ultimate redemption of the Jewish people. “By all means,” he said, “there is no doubt about it, that the next step in this wonderful process of redemption of the people of Israel and of the entire world will be via Temple Mount! Here in Israel, the situation is forcing us to deal with this topic, which we have been going out of our way to ignore.”

Hashem (God) is definitely not letting us get away from confronting the core of the entire issue. I pray daily that this step will go ahead with minimum pain suffering and bloodshed,” he told Breaking Israel News.

However, how do the Blood Moons and the Jubilee fit into explaining today’s Temple Mount conflict?

When the Blood Moon cycles are examined, it becomes clear that each Blood Moon tetrad that fell on Jewish holidays brought the world a step closer to restoration of Jewish sovereignty on the Temple Mount.

The Blood Moon tetrads of 1949-50 occurred when the Land of Israel was restored to the Jewish people. The Blood Moon tetrads of 1967-68 occurred when the holy city of Jerusalem was reunited and returned to the dominion of the Jewish people. Today, in the era of the 2014-15 tetrad, the world’s attention is focused on the Temple Mount. The Blood Moon cycles are creating concentric circles around the Temple Mount, home of the Bible’s Holy Temples.

Pro-Israel Christian Bob O’Dell, co-author of the book “Israel FIRST!” discussed this pattern with Breaking Israel News, explicitly mentioning the Jubilee and God’s promise, found in Leviticus, that land is to be returned to the original owner in the Jubilee year.

“But if he cannot afford enough to repay him, his sale shall remain in the possession of the one who has purchased it, until the Jubilee year. And then, in the Jubilee year, it shall go out and return to his possession.” ~ Leviticus 25:28

O’Dell told Breaking Israel News, “In our book, ‘Israel FIRST!’ where we examine the Blood Moons, the Shemitah, and the Jubilee, we see patterns in both the Blood Moons and the Jubilee that could lead to the restoration of Jewish worship on the Temple Mount, but for different reasons. The Blood Moons signal the rebirth of the nation of Israel in successive phases – first the nation, and then the capital. Might the next phase be the Temple Mount?”

“The Jubilee year is about the restoration of property that was sold away by your forefathers. Within a few weeks following the Six Day War in 1967, the control of the Temple Mount was handed back to the Muslims. In Jubilee years, God has repeatedly shown a pattern of restoring lands to the Jewish people. Might it happen again this Jubilee with regard to the Temple Mount?”

“Contrive a scheme, but it will be foiled; conspire a plot,
but it will not materialize, for God is with us.”

Isaiah 8:10

JNI.Media via Breaking Israel News (BIN) — Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Republican presidential candidate, retired neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson, many in the Jewish community have supported his point of view linking the Nazi gun control efforts and the ease with which they were able to round up Jews. After the October 1, 2015 mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon, Carson said Hitler would not have attained his goals as easily if the Jews were armed. “There’s a reason these dictatorial people take the guns first,” Carson said, and caught much flak for it.

“Some people will try to take that and, you know, make it into an anti-Jewish thing, which is foolishness,” Carson said, adding that many in the Jewish community have told him he was exactly right.

Carson, who said he would “love” to see abortion becoming illegal nationwide with few exceptions, with the overturning of Roe vs. Wade, told NBC’s Chuck Todd: “I’m a reasonable person and if people can come up with a reasonable explanation of why they would like to kill a baby, I’ll listen.”

He did concede possibly allowing abortions to preserve the life of the mother, saying, “That’s an extraordinarily rare situation, but if in that very rare situation it occurred, I believe there’s room to discuss that.”

Carson is leading the Republican field in recent polling. A Friday Des Moines Regisiter/Bloomberg poll shows him with a nine-point lead in Iowa. A Quinnipiac University poll Thursday gives him an eight point lead over Donald Trump in Iowa.

Alluding to the hatchet job much of the media, as well as his chief rival in the race, billionaire Donald Trump, have done on him, Carson said: “As people get to know me, they know that I’m not a hateful, pathological person like some people try to make me out to be. And that will be self-evident. So I don’t really worry about that.”

As to the attack from Trump saying he has “super low energy,” Carson said, “I’m not sure that there’s anybody else running who has spent 18 or 20 hours intently operating on somebody.”
