Linkster Side Note: Through personal sources, I was informed that a patient at a local surgery clinic in my city was reportedly told by a member of the surgical staff that after Obamacare is implemented, surgery patients will be required to have a microchip implant before surgery procedures will be performed. Also, terminal patients that return to a hospital within 30 days of receiving treatment must be given "comfort care" only and denied additional treatment, or else the treating facility will be heavily fined. This latter policy is already occurring and can be searched out online.
