MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD CLAIM: WE’VE GOT THE “GOODS ON OBAMA”

Son Of Jailed Leader Says
Evidence Could Put U.S. President In Prison

Dr. Jerome R. Corsi, WND — (NEW YORK)  The son of a jailed Muslim Brotherhood leader in Egypt is claiming his father has evidence that will land President Obama in prison.

The claim came as the Obama administration, with the assistance of Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and the open involvement of the No. 2 man at the U.S. State Department, made a concerted effort to see Muslim Brotherhood leaders in Egypt released.

In an interview with the News Agency Anatolia in Turkey, Saad Al-Shater, the son of imprisoned Muslim Brotherhood leader Khairat Al-Shater, said his father “had in his hand” evidence that will put Obama in prison.

In a thinly veiled threat, Saad Al-Shater said a U.S. delegation was sent to Cairo by Obama to press for the release of the imprisoned Muslim Brotherhood leaders, including his father to prevent the release of explosive information.

Arabic-speaking former PLO member Walid Shoebat has translated the report by the Turkish News Agency Anatolia as follows:
In an interview with the Anatolia News Agency, Saad Al-Shater, the son of a Muslim Brotherhood leader, the detained Khairat Al-Shater, said that his father had in his hand evidence that will land the head of United States of America, President Obama, in prison. He stressed that the senior U.S. delegation currently visiting Egypt, knows full well that the fate, future, interests and reputation of their country is in the hands of his father, and they know that he owns the information, documents and recordings that incriminate and would condemn their country. Such documents, he says, were placed in the hands of people who were entrusted inside and outside Egypt, and that the release of his father is the only way for them to prevent a great catastrophe. He stated that a warning was sent threatening to show how the U.S. administration was directly connected. The evidence was sent through intermediaries which caused them to change their attitude and corrected their position, and that they have taken serious steps to prove good faith. Saad also said that his father’s safety is more important to the Americans than is the safety of Mohamed Morsi.
Writing in his blog, Shoebat noted that six different Arabic sources confirmed the interview with Saad Al-Shater and the report of Al-Shater’s claims.

Shoebat said the interview with Saad Al-Shater was Aug. 7, making it likely the reference to the “senior U.S. delegation currently visiting Egypt” was about the trip by McCain, Graham and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State William Burns.

On Aug. 6, with interim Egyptian Vice President Mohamed ElBaradei, the former general director of the U.N. International Atomic Energy Agency, McCain and Graham called Khairat Al-Shater and other jailed Muslim Brotherhood leaders “political prisoners.” They told reporters in Cairo that failing to release Muslim Brotherhood prisoners would be “a huge mistake.”

Egypt’s interim president, Adly Mansour, rebuffed the U.S. delegation’s request, telling reporters in Cairo that it constituted an “unacceptable interference in internal politics.”

On Aug. 6, the Associated Press reported the Egyptian government planned to prosecute Khairat Al-Shater and the other imprisoned Muslim Brotherhood leaders on charges of inciting violence last December when Muslim Brotherhood members attacked sit-in protestors outside then-President Mohamed Morsi’s office, resulting in the deaths of 10 people.

ABC News reported that Burns traveled separately late Sunday night, Aug. 4, to the notorious Tora Prison in the middle of Cairo to meet with Khairat Al-Shater, despite claims by the Muslim Brotherhood that Al-Shater refused to meet.

In an Aug. 6 interview with CNN in Egypt, McCain mentioned jailed Khairat Al-Shater, an openly acknowledged Muslim Brotherhood leader, when asked about individuals who could successfully negotiate a future Egyptian government.

The senators created controversy at a press conference in Cairo broadcast by Al Jazeera when McCain called the July 3 ouster of Morsi a “coup,” a word the Obama administration has resisted.

Shoebat has published evidence documenting Khairat Al-Shater has been implicated in weapons trafficking through the Sinai and into Gaza as well as negotiating prisoner releases in exchange for terrorists.

Former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova, legal representative for Benghazi whistleblower Mark Thompson, claimed this week that intelligence officers with knowledge of the attack on the Benghazi consulate believe it was was tied to 400 surface-to-air missiles intended for Syrian rebels that U.S. officials feared could be used to shoot down an airliner or attack a U.S. embassy.

Two weeks after the Benghazi attack, WND was the first to report sources claiming the Benghazi compound was an intelligence and planning center the CIA used to recruit and arm Islamic rebels to fight Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. » Full Article

EGYPT’S MORSI BEHIND MURDER OF U.S. AMBASSADOR?

Intel Fingers Muslim Brotherhood
In Deadly Benghazi Attack

Aaron Klein, WND, Jerusalem — Was Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood involved in the deadly Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya?

Circumstantial evidence possibly links the attack to Morsi’s campaign to free the so-called blind sheik, Omar Abdel-Rahman, who is serving a life sentence in the U.S. for conspiracy in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Rahman’s release has been one of the Morsi’s main foreign policy issues.

Last week, several major Arabic newspapers ran with a story, first reported by the Kuwaiti paper Al Rai, quoting a Libyan intelligence report on the Benghazi attack that mentions an alleged connection to Morsi and other prominent Egyptian figures.

The report, prepared by Mahmoud Ibrahim Sharif, director of national security for Libya, is based on purported confessions of some of the jihadists arrested at the scene.

The report states that “among the more prominent figures whose names were mentioned by cell members during confessions were: Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi; preacher Safwat Hegazi; Saudi businessman Mansour Kadasa, owner of the satellite station Al-Nas; Egyptian Sheik Muhammad Hassan; former presidential candidate, Hazim Salih Abu Ismail.”

‘Dr. Morsi Sent Us’

While the credibility of the confessions solicited in Libya, probably under duress, can easily be called into question, there is other information pointing to Morsi’s possible involvement in the Benghazi attack.

YouTube videos of the attack find some of the jihadists speaking an Egyptian dialect of Arabic, as previously reported by FrongPageMag.

One of the videos shows a jihadist carrying out the attack while stating in an Egyptian dialect, “Don’t shoot, don’t shoot, Dr. Morsi sent us.”

There were also unconfirmed reports Egypt would not allow the U.S. to interrogate suspects in the attack.

Originally, the Obama administration claimed there were popular protests outside the U.S. Benghazi mission over an obscure anti-Muhammad film. It would later be determined no such demonstrations took place; instead the attacks were a coordinated jihadist assault.

The White House sought at first to connect the Sept. 11, 2012, Benghazi attack to protests that same day in Cairo, Egypt, in which rioters climbed the walls of the U.S. Embassy and tore down the American flag.

The Cairo protests were widely reported as acts of defiance against the anti-Muhammad movie. However, the protests were announced days in advance as part of a movement to free Rahman.

In July 2012, Rahman’s son, Abdallah Abdel Rahman, threatened to organize a protest at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and detain the employees inside.

On the day of the Sept. 11, 2012, protests in Cairo, CNN’s Nic Robertson interviewed the son of Rahman, who described the protest as being about freeing his father. No Muhammad film was mentioned. A big banner calling for Rahman’s release can be seen as Robertson walked to the embassy protests.

Targeting ‘Christian Overseers’

The release of Rahman has been a key issue for Morsi. One week before the attack in Benghazi, Morsi once again called for the U.S. to free Rahman.

A jihadist group seeking the release of the blind sheik and calling itself the Omar Abdul Rahman Brigades reportedly was previously responsible for a June 6, 2012, bomb attack on the U.S. facility in Benghazi. The bomb exploded at the perimeter to the facility, wounding one.

There is information murdered U.S. ambassador Chris Stevens or another U.S. employee was the target of the attack. The SITE monitoring group documented the Rahman Brigades said they were “targeting a group of ‘Christian overseers’ who were preparing to receive one of the ‘heads of instigation’ from the State Department.”

The group was calling for Rahman’s release as well as vengeance for the death of Abu Yahya al-Libi, one of the most senior al-Qaida operatives. Al-Libi, of Libyan descent, was killed by a U.S. drone in Pakistan in June 2012.

CNN previously cited a report that the Omar Abdul Rahman Brigades was also responsible for a rocket attack against the convoy of the British ambassador in Benghazi on June 11 and an attack against the Red Cross in Misrata on June 12, 2012.

Further, the deadly January 2013 assault on an Algerian natural-gas plant was reportedly carried out as part of an attempt to trade hostages for the release of Rahman. Thirty-eight people were killed in a three-day siege that ended the hostage crisis.

WND previously reported on the ties of the Algerian assault crisis to the attack in Benghazi. The ties run through al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP.

CNN quoted sources disclosing several Yemeni men belonging to AQAP took part in the Benghazi attack.

CNN further quoted one source revealing counter-terrorism officials learned the identity of the three men and later traced them to northern Mali, where they are believed to have connected with the jihad organization led by Moktar Belmoktar.

Belmoktar, an Algerian, is a senior leader of the Islamic Maghreb. He claimed responsibility for the Algeria gas facility attack.

Another intelligence source told CNN that Belmoktar had received a call in the aftermath of the Benghazi attack from someone in or close to the city.

The person on the other end of the call stated, “Mabruk, Mabruk!” meaning “congratulations” in Arabic, according to the source.

‘KICK THIS BI**H OUT OF EGYPT’: A LOOK AT SOME OF THE ANTI-AMERICAN SIGNS EGYPTIAN PROTESTERS USED THIS WEEKEND

“Wake Up America,
Obama Backs Up a Fascist Regime in Egypt”

“Ann [sic] Patterson,
You and Your Country Go to Hell, Liars, Sh**!!”

Sharona Schwartz, TheBlaze — Among the throngs of Egyptians who poured into the streets to protest the rule of President Mohammed Morsi Sunday, signs of frustration with the Obama administration and U.S. Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson were clearly visible. Some of the demonstrators are angry at what they perceive to be President Barack Obama’s failure to articulate clear criticism of Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Here are examples of some of the strident images and slogans from the demonstrations being widely shared on social media, accusing the administration of siding with the Muslim Brotherhood:

This man holds a sign saying: “Ann [sic] Patterson, You and Your Country Go to Hell, Liars, Sh**!!”

[See “Full Article With Photos” link below]

This sign with photos of President Barack Obama and Patterson with the slogan: “Obama & Paterson [sic], Support Terrorism in Egypt.”

[See “Full Article With Photos” link below]

Another banner shows a photo of Ambassador Patterson with a red X crossed over her face. This slogan is printed above her photo: “Kick This Bi**h Out of Egypt.” Still, on the bottom of the banner, they misspell the curse word and insert “pitch,” but the message was understood nonetheless.

[See “Full Article With Photos” link below]

Yet another sign shows a photo of Patterson at a meeting with Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Leader Mohammed Badie with these words printed in bold letters: “We know what you did last summer,” in reference to the famous horror flick. Those protesters are unhappy Patterson met Badie in January 2012 (not exactly “summer,” we know.)

[See “Full Article With Photos” link below]

“Egypt will remain a civil state,” the same sign read, reflecting the secular outlook of those who printed the poster.

As TheBlaze previously reported, Badie, the Brotherhood’s highest ranking official, has in the past called on the Muslim world to carry out “jihad” and conquer Jerusalem from Israel.

Bret Baier of Fox posted a photo a friend sent him of this banner at the anti-Morsi protests reading, “Wake Up America, Obama Backs Up a Fascist Regime in Egypt.”

[See “Full Article With Photos” link below]

Eric Trager, Next Generation Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, tells TheBlaze, “The Obama administration was hesitant to criticize Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood which was interpreted by many Egyptians as pro-Brotherhood partisanship.”

“The reason why the administration was hesitant to criticize Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood is because they believe that by not commenting on Egyptian domestic politics they would win the Brotherhood’s cooperation on foreign policy,” Trager explains.

“This was always an illusion because the Brotherhood is deeply hostile toward the west and has no intention to cooperate with the west and maintain the treaty with Israel indefinitely,” he adds.

“The administration did a very poor job in managing perceptions and it needs to fix that as soon as it can, because the anti-American hostility which is a constant among Islamists is now sharply rising among non-Islamists including Christians,” Trager says.

Trager, an Egypt expert who speaks Arabic, says that Egypt’s Christians have been “livid with the administration” since former President Hosni Mubarak was deposed and “feel the administration completely abandoned them” while their churches were being attacked by Brotherhood activists and sympathizers.

The Associated Press reports that Egypt’s ONTV aired footage purporting to show Patterson’s convoy of black SUVs visiting Khairat el-Shater, “a powerful figure in the Muslim Brotherhood who is widely suspected to exercise vast influence over Morsi.”

Though the U.S. Embassy would not confirm the visit, the Muslim Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice party spokesman told the AP that the meeting did occur.

Despite the fact that she was the target of some of the anti-American posters during Sunday’s rally, Patterson has tried to correct some of the administration’s mistakes, according to Trager who tells TheBlaze that Christian leaders in Alexandria told him that Patterson has been visiting their churches to demonstrate U.S. support for their plight.

But over the weekend it was clear President Obama still won’t take sides. On a visit to Johannesburg, Obama said, “We do not take sides in terms of who should be elected by the Egyptian people.”

“We do take sides in terms of observing a process for democracy and the rule of law,” he added.

The Associated Press wrote a week and a half ago that activists were angry at statements by Ambassador Patterson criticizing plans for this weekend’s anti-Morsi demonstrations and defending U.S. relations with Egypt’s president and the Muslim Brotherhood.

“Some say that street action will produce better results than elections. To be honest, my government and I are deeply skeptical,” AP quoted her as saying earlier this month. “Egypt needs stability to get its economic house in order, and more violence on the streets will do little more than add new names to the lists of martyrs.”

AP wrote, “Her unusually frank comments have been widely interpreted as referring to June 30 opposition-led protests,” marking Morsi’s first year in office.

Leading opposition activist Shady el-Ghazali Harb told the AP that Patterson showed “blatant bias” for Morsi and the Brotherhood. He said her statements earned the Obama administrations “the enmity of the Egyptian people.”

“The Muslim Brotherhood is ready to offer Egypt on a golden platter to the United States in exchange for Washington’s support. It is no surprise that she would say that,” he said. The AP reports:
Another prominent opposition activist, George Ishaq, counseled Patterson in a television interview to “shut up and mind your own business.” Christian business tycoon Naguib Sawiris posted a message on his Twitter account addressed to the ambassador saying “Bless us with your silence.”
“Throughout Egypt’s post-revolution series of elections, the United States took the position that we would work with whoever won elections that met international standards, and this is what we have done,” Ambassador Patterson said earlier this month, according to the AP.

Egypt’s Morsi Attempts to Diminish His Hateful Racism by Qualifying It

By Shoebat Foundation — Let’s see, in 2010, Egypt’s president Mohamed Morsi said that Jews were “descendants of apes and pigs” while also expressing the opinion that Muslims should “nurse our children and grandchildren on hatred towards those Zionists and Jews”.

Apparently, Mursi’s I-was-taken-out-of-context defense doesn’t seem to be getting much traction so he’s decided to go about this whole thing a different way – by qualifying it… while in BERLIN!!!

Via Jerusalem Post:
“As I have said before the quotes were taken out of context… I am not against the Jewish faith, I am not against Jews who practice their religion,” Morsi told a joint news conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin.
Oh, so does that mean if he’s not against practicing Jews, he’s therefore against non-Practicing ones? Well, at least Hitler never made such a distinction, right? Why, Berliners should be breathing a sigh of relief, right?

Here’s another precious quote from the lovable Morsi:
“I was talking about the practices and behavior of believers of any religion who shed blood or who attack innocent people or civilians. That’s behaviour that I condemn.”
That sounds like he’s talking about Hamas, does it not?

It appears we’ve come full circle. Those whom Morsi believes are “apes and pigs” aren’t human. Therefore, they’re neither “innocent people” nor “civilians”.

As Morsi was clearing up his comments in Berlin, Hillary Clinton was telling Greta Van Susteren of Morsi:
“I think he has a lot of the right intentions.”
Wouldn’t that be like saying Hitler had a lot of the right intentions?

Oh, wait. Hitler didn’t discriminate between practicing and non-practicing Jews. Is that the difference? » Read More

Biography of Walid Shoebat
Former Muslim Brotherhood Member Now Peace Activist
For the record, my name is Walid Shoebat. I used to be a radicalized Muslim willing to die for the cause of Jihad until I converted to Christianity in 1994. As a member of the PLO I was involved in terror activity, and was imprisoned in Jerusalem for three weeks. In prison, I was recruited to plant a bomb in Bethlehem as a result of which, thank God, no one was injured. My mother was an American and my father a Palestinian Arab. My parents sent me in 1978 to the United States to study at Loop College in Chicago Illinois. There I was recruited at a hotel “Terror Conference” by Jamal Said, a founder of the IAP (Islamic Association of Palestine) and Imam at one of the largest mosques in Chicago. The IAP was a forerunner to today’s Hamas terror organization and also to the terror front group CAIR (Council for American Islamic relations). This was in the early 1980s when I was being trained for Jihad activities in the USA along with many other young foreigners as well as US citizens. The Imams were the prime recruiters for terrorism then as they are still today and terror conferences are held all over the USA to this day. » Read More
