This week, United States Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid continued trashing ordinary Americans over land grabs. And you need to be concerned because the land grabs haven’t ended. And who knows? Will your land be next?

Reid labeled opponents of his federal land grab “domestic terrorists,” this after calling terminally ill cancer patients who say they’ve lost their doctors “liars” and calling a prominent family that builds hospital wings, schools, and gives away hundreds of millions of dollars to charity “un-American.”

Senator Reid, the name calling goes both ways. Senator, I’ve decided to change your name to Harry, Dirty Harry.

The story that I’m about to tell you starts with Dirty Harry’s long time senior aide - his puppet on a string - with virtually no experience at the Bureau of Land Management - who now runs it.

That bureau today eyeing 116 miles on the border between Texas and Oklahoma, an estimated 90,000 acres that BLM says belongs to the public.

So what’s behind these land grabs? Are they really about protected animals like tortoises and owls, or might Dirty Harry be up to something more sinister?

By Richard Viguerie, WND, THIS LAND WAS YOUR LAND — The U.S. Bureau of Land Management has, at least temporarily, deescalated its armed standoff with Cliven Bundy and his family at their Nevada ranch – though Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has ominously pledged: “It’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

So you can be sure the feds will be back.

In fact, a Bundy Ranch standoff repeat is now brewing on the Oklahoma-Texas border. The Bureau of Land Management (the rogue federal agency that precipitated the Bundy Ranch standoff in Nevada) is considering seizing 90,000 acres of private land along the Red River that forms part of the border between Texas and Oklahoma.

The BLM is now contemplating the same strategy it used some 30 years ago to deprive Texas rancher Tommy Henderson of 140 acres of his property without paying him 1 cent to gain control of more land in the Red River area.

You would think Harry Reid, who represents Nevada in the U.S. Senate, would come to the defense of his Nevada constituents. But he doesn’t – because Harry Reid represents the Ruling Establishment in Washington. He wants nothing to do with the regular folks in Nevada, unless he’s running for re-election.

Harry Reid says, “We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it.”

But President Obama has violated (unilaterally changed) his own Obamacare law at least 37 times.

So it’s OK for President Obama and the Washington Ruling Class to violate the law, just not average folks.

It’s easy to dismiss Cliven Bundy, because Harry Reid and his crony Neil Kornz, who runs the BLM, would like you to believe that Mr. Bundy is just a guy who won’t pay his bills.

They won’t tell you that there used to be dozens of ranches in the area where the Bundys run their cattle. Now there’s just one – the Bundy Ranch. BLM succeeded in pushing all the other ranchers out of the region.

The BLM claims the Bundys owe the feds more than $1 million in fees and penalties.

Bundy notes that these fees were never authorized by Congress or passed into law. The BLM just started charging them on its own, without congressional statute. According to the U.S. Constitution, Congress makes the laws in America, not the BLM.

Cliven Bundy asks: Why should I be paying the federal government to put me out of business?

The Bundys are the first example in recent decades of average Americans pushing back federal bureaucrats and winning – at least temporarily.

But there’s a lot more at work in the Bundy Ranch standoff than Harry Reid siding with the federal bureaucracy against his own constituents.

Reid’s son, Rory Reid, parlayed his tenure as a Clark County commissioner into a sweetheart deal with a giant Chinese energy company that wanted to build $5 billion solar farm and panel-building plant in the southern Nevada desert – right where Cliven Bundy and his family have been grazing their cattle since the 1870s.

But where are the Republican leaders on this?

We haven’t heard a peep from John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell, or any of the Republican leadership. Their silence is deafening.

There’s a populist revolt going on out there against the Ruling Establishment in Washington. But the Republican leadership is nowhere to be seen or heard.

Real leaders would be making the trip to the Bundy Ranch to find out what’s really happening, what the issues are.

At a minimum, John Boehner and other prominent Republicans should be calling hearings on the unconstitutional fees the BLM has imposed on the Bundys and other ranchers in the West.

Standing with the ranchers against the bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., would make great optics for the Republicans.

But today’s Republican leadership has no imagination, which is why most people don’t like them.

It’s why Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is in trouble in Kentucky – among the reddest of red conservative states. Even his Republican constituents don’t like him because he’s so obviously part of the Ruling Establishment in Washington.

This is why the GOP so desperately needs new leadership. Standing with the Bundy family against an overreaching federal government would have been the right thing to do.

It would have signaled to voters across America that the GOP is on the side of the people and against out-of-control Big Government.

And it would be political gold for the GOP going into the 2014 mid-term elections. » Full Article

Mikael Thalen, Infowars.com — After remaining silent for days, Nevada Sen. Harry Reid made comments regarding the ongoing dispute between the Bureau of Land Management and rancher Cliven Bundy today, accusing the Bundy family of violating the law.

“Well, it’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over,” Reid told News 4.

Despite telling the Bundy family that a deal had been reached Saturday after federal agents were forced to retreat, the BLM reversed its promise Monday and told reporters that they planned to go after Bundy “administratively and judicially.”

“The door isn’t closed. We’ll figure out how to move forward with this,” BLM spokesman Craig Leff said. “The BLM and National Park Service did not cut any deal and negotiate anything, there was no deal we made.”

Unsurprisingly, reporters made no attempt to question Reid regarding his involvement after an Infowars report linked Reid to the attempted Bundy land grab.

The most read news story in the world Friday, Infowars reporter Kit Daniels revealed documents linking Reid and the BLM’s director, Reid’s former senior adviser, to a Chinese energy firm that has been working to remove Bundy from his home in order to install solar panel power stations.

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” one document states about Bundy’s cattle.

Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, has been the chief representative to the Chinese firm, which announced its plan to build a $5 billion solar plant on public Nevada land in 2012.

Despite multiple attempts by the BLM to regulate Bundy off the land his family has worked on for more than 140 years, in one instance claiming Bundy was harming an endangered tortoise that the agency itself was killing in mass, Bundy has continued to remain the last rancher in his area.

Although corporate media outlets are attempting to sway public opinion, Bundy supporters continue to arrive at the ranch to provide support. Regardless of the federal government’s next move, the BLM’s heavy handed response to the situation, which included snipers, assaults, a no-fly zone, a First Amendment Area and threats of death, has shattered their public image.

Fresh off the historic victory, which saw federal agents back down to Americans and return nearly 100 cattle, Bundy supporters remain on scene, awaiting the federal government’s next move. » Full Article

Requested EPA Authority Over Streams
Would ‘Freeze’ Economy

Alana Cook, WND — (WASHINGTON) In a move lawmakers and farmers are calling “the biggest land grab in the history of the world,” the Environmental Protection Agency is requesting jurisdiction over all public and private streams in the United States that are “intermittent, seasonal and rain-dependent.”

The EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in late March jointly released a proposed rule, Waters of the United States, in an effort to clarify which streams and wetlands are protected under the Clean Water Act.

A statement issued by the EPA says “the proposed rule will benefit businesses by increasing efficiency in determining coverage of the Clean Water Act.”

But some lawmakers strongly disagree.

According to congressional budget testimony last week, Waters of the United States would give the EPA authority over streams on private property even when the water beds have been dry, in some cases for hundreds of years.

Calling it “the biggest land grab in the history of the world,” House Appropriations Committee Chairman Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Ky., said the “economic impact of that would be profound.”

“A community needing to build on private land that had on it one of these so-called streams that you considered a waterway under the new rule would have to travel thousands, hundreds of miles to D.C., to get approval,” Rogers said.

The congressman argued it “would absolutely freeze economic activity in this country.”

Rogers said the proposal is “proof in and of itself of the mal-intent of this administration toward the private sector.”

Civil Liberties

When Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, probed EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy further about how the new Waters of the United States rule would affect Americans’ civil liberties and ability to conduct business, McCarthy was unable to cite specifics.

She said the rule is currently posted on the EPA website for a 90-day commenting period and the scientific basis to support it has not been completed.

The proposed rule tinkers with the definition of “navigable” waters, which was the central point of litigation in a battle between the Supreme Court and the EPA regarding the Clean Water Act.

“We are clarifying protection for the upstream waters that are absolutely vital to downstream communities,” McCarthy said.

“Clean water is essential to every single American, from families who rely on safe places to swim and healthy fish to eat, to farmers who need abundant and reliable sources of water to grow their crops, to hunters and fishermen who depend on healthy waters for recreation and their work, and to businesses that need a steady supply of water for operations.”

Jo-Ellen Darcy, assistant secretary of the Army for civil works, argued the nation’s waters and wetlands “are valuable resources that must be protected today and for future generations.”

“Today’s rulemaking will better protect our aquatic resources, by strengthening the consistency, predictability, and transparency of our jurisdictional determinations,” she said. “The rule’s clarifications will result in a better public service nationwide.”

McCarthy went on to explain that the EPA is working closely with the USDA to further regulate 56 farm practices that are considered exempt under the Clean Water Act.

“We not only took the exemptions, but we developed this interpretive rule that identified 56 farm practices, working with USDA, so that if these farm practices are what you’re doing, you didn’t need to ask a single question about whether they’re exempt,” McCarthy said.

‘Not So Friendly’

But lawmakers and farmers express concern that this kind of regulation would allow the EPA in conjunction with the Bureau of Land Management, the Department of Energy and the Army to dictate on a never-before-seen scale everything from grazing rights, food production, animal health and the use of energy on private lands.

“We’re hearing from farm groups throughout the United States about uncertainties regarding agricultural exemptions,” Murkowski said. “They say it’s not so farm-friendly as the statements that have been made by your administration.”

When lawmakers questioned McCarthy on the extent of the regulation’s reach, including who would be fined if the rules are violated and where the money would go, McCarthy could not give a clear answer.

She said only that the scientific study on which the proposed rule is based is still under way.

That Grazing Dispute ‘Not Over’

WND EXCLUSIVE — The executive director of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association says his sources inside the federal government warn that Washington’s weekend retreat in a dispute over grazing land in Nevada was only a move to distract attention and diffuse tensions, because a raid on the family’s ranch still is planned.

And there probably would be violence involved, said Richard Mack, the former sheriff of Graham County, Ariz.

“I don’t think it would be possible” to launch a raid without violence, he told WND Monday. “I don’t think the Bundys would lie down and be taken.”

He cited the vow by Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., that the confrontation was far from over, despite the weekend’s retreat by armed gunmen working for federal agencies.

Reid on Monday told KRNV-TV in Reno: “It’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

The grazing-land conflict has been developing for decades.

Cliven Bundy, who ranches in Clark County, and members of his extended family have grazed cattle on land there for more than a century. He stopped paying federal grazing fees years ago, contending his operation existed before the federal government was there.

But the standoff reached a boiling point one week ago as hundreds of federal agents and allies surrounded Bundy’s ranch and were faced with citizen resistance, both armed and unarmed.

The Associated Press said the U.S. Bureau of Land Management decided over the weekend to stop rounding up Bundy’s cattle and release animals agents already had seized.

BLM chief Neil Kornze said in a statement: “Based on information about conditions on the ground and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concerns about the safety of employees and members of the public.”

Mack, a longtime sheriff, told WND that Reid’s statements are beyond the pale.

“That kind of stupidity, where he puts federal regulations and policies of bureaucrats ahead of a family in his state that has done no wrong or committed a crime,” Mack said.

He charged that it is Reid who is destroying his own state’s ranching industry as well as the U.S. Constitution. The sheriff chided the senator for making statements about abiding by laws.

“Isn’t that amazing? The biggest crook in Washington,” Mack said.

On the issue of a raid, he said: “That’s what we have heard. It’s not confirmed. People we had on the inside told us the BLM still is considering raiding the Bundy ranch. We’re going to keep in touch with them, protect them, pray for them.”

Details that are uncovered will be posted on the CSPOA website, he said.

Mack said his organization is part of an effort to save America.

“Yes, America is in deep, deep trouble. The good news is that there is hope,” Mack said. “We do not have to stand by and watch while America is destroyed from within. If our counties, cities, and states and all local officers keep their oaths to protect us from tyranny, we can win this battle to take our country back.”

As WND reported, an estimated 200 armed officers of the BLM had been deployed to Bundy’s property in Bunkerville, Nev., 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, charging the rancher has been in violation of a law that aims to protect an endangered desert tortoise. The BLM also said Bundy owes more than $1 million in grazing fees to the federal government.

But Bundy found support from the governor and other prominent political leaders along with a host of protesters from other states, including fellow cattle ranchers and private armed militias.

A Montana militia member, Jim Lardy, told KLAS-TV in Las Vegas his group, Operation Mutual Aid, was prepared to “provide armed response.”

He said he was not afraid to shoot, if necessary.

“They have guns. We need guns to protect ourselves from the tyrannical government,” Lardy said.

Other militia members were joining him, he said: “There is many more coming.”

Nevada’s Republican Gov. Brian Sandoval said the federal government’s tactics allowed the tensions to nearly erupt in armed violence.

“No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans,” Sandoval said. “The BLM needs to reconsider its approach to this matter and act accordingly.”

Cliven Bundy’s son, Ammon Bundy, told WND earlier that federal authorities had not been merely relocating the cattle but were engaged in actions that killed some animals.

“They are flying helicopters over the herd to chase them,” Ammon Bundy said. “It was over 90 degrees here today, and the cattle can’t run very far in this heat before collapsing. This is especially true for the young calves. We have a lot of them being born because it is springtime, and they don’t have the strength to keep up with their mothers when they are running. The cattle then become overheated and die.”

Cliven Bundy is the last rancher operating in Clark County, where he’s been grazing his cattle on a 600,000-acre portion of land managed by the BLM called Gold Butte. His family, whose ties to the land go back to the 1880s, has been engaged in a dispute since 1993 with the Bureau of Land Management over long-established cattle-grazing rights.

After years of wrangling in the courts, BLM last week secured a federal court order declaring Bundy’s herd to be “trespass cattle” and began removing the animals.

Ammon Bundy said he was with a group of about 50 people “peacefully protesting the removal of the cattle” when “suddenly, 14 units with Rangers came off the mountain – 13 of them were armed ranger vehicles with two rangers per unit.”

He said the protesters went over to see what was in a dump truck, “because we were afraid this might have been a rendering vehicle, and we wanted to know what was in the back of the truck.”

The rangers got out of their vehicles and the conflict escalated, he said.

“Things got pretty ugly for awhile. They threw a 65-year-old woman on the ground, they tased me twice and they had dogs out there.” » Full Article

What you are seeing here is precisely the reason why the federal government has been pushing so hard to criminalize private firearms ownership. The government knows that as long as citizens own firearms, there is a balance of power in America. When citizens are denied the right to own those firearms, power shifts to those who own the guns (i.e. the government) who can then engage in unlimited tyranny, confiscation, intimidation and violence against the People who are left utterly defenseless.

You are watching history unfold in real time now, and of course the lamestream media has intentionally decided U.S. history isn't worth covering because, frankly stated, the media is largely run by anti-American interests who absolutely do not want any victory by the People to be broadcast anywhere.

While the U.S. government claims to be supportive of freedom in Kiev or Iraq, it is absolutely terrified of freedom within U.S. borders.

Among big media, only Fox News has dared cover this story with anything resembling responsible reporting, as you can see in this video. The video text says "Govt backs down due to safety concerns." In reality, BLM backed down because they were grossly out-gunned and didn't want to die.

In this video, Fox Radio host Todd Starnes says, "For the past five years, we've seen the American people become increasingly frustrated with these government intrusions into their lives. [A tweet characterized this] as the 1st salvo of the American Revolution."

I couldn't agree more. This was the 1st salvo of the American Revolution, and the framework of the Revolution has now been cast. The People now realize they can defeat tyranny by merely showing up in huge numbers armed mostly with mobile phones and video cameras (plus lawfully-obtained firearms as needed).

Patriots Emboldened by Victory
at the Battle of Bunkerville

This victory at Bunkerville is likely to encourage even more people to attend populist rallies such as the upcoming Operation American Spring, where patriots plan a massive march on Washington D.C. to arrest all of Congress and throw them out of office. "[Protesters] will assemble in a peaceful, non-violent, physically unarmed (Spiritually/Constitutionally armed), display of unswerving loyalty to the US Constitution and against the incumbent government leadership in Washington D.C., with the mission to replace with law abiding leadership," says the Operation American Spring website, which calls for this action to begin on May 16th.

This effort is just part of a growing number of planned protests, impeachment proceedings and media events that call for an end of criminal government and a restoration of legitimate, constitutional government. The mainstream media routinely characterizes this movement as being "anti-government," but that's factually incorrect. Nearly everyone in the movement fully supports "constitutional government" and merely seeks to restore it. They see a legitimate role for lawful government but also see today's federal government as lawless and out of control, in desperate need of reform.

When the BLM even has access to snipers, helicopters and hundreds of armed men, it makes you scratch your head and wonder why there is such a push for militarization across today's federal government. Even Mother Jones, a populist publisher typically leaning toward the left, has become alarmed at the rapid escalation of military hardware among U.S. law enforcement. The Battle of Bunkerville
Won Without Firing a Single Shot

What's truly commendable in the recent showdown at Bundy Ranch is the amazing discipline and integrity demonstrated by armed American citizens who did not fire a single shot during this encounter.

This must be noted in the history books: that armed citizens not only held their ground; they also held their fire! They did not seek needless bloodshed, nor did they allow it to happen. They simply stated their principles and held firm to them regardless of the outcome. Those principles were:

1) BLM is operating unlawfully and in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

2) We the People will no longer stand for federal tyranny and the theft of Bundy's cattle.

3) We are lawfully armed and willing to use force as a last resort (but seek no violence).

4) We are willing to die for these principles. You must leave or we will open fire.

When these four points are explained to any agency -- including the BLM -- the People have already won. Because at that point, the feds have only two choices: 1) Surrender and back down, or 2) Unleash massive violence and bloodshed (and die en masse).

Option 2 doesn't equal a "win" for the federal government. In fact, option 2 would most likely set off armed revolutionary marches and backlash operations across the entire nation. If Bunkerville had become a slaughter of anyone (citizens or BLM agents), it would have set off a series of actions which simply could not be contained by the federal government, even with an invocation of Martial Law.

Also at stake are the 2014 elections. Had BLM initiated a shooting war in Nevada, it would have strongly rallied conservatives to vote against oppressive government in the upcoming elections. No doubt a call from Washington told BLM to back off for political reasons. After all, they can always return and SWAT-team Cliven Bundy and his family after the elections are done. The march of tyranny is in no real hurry.

Rural America is Fed Up with Government

Tyranny, Confiscation and Theft

People who watch a lot of CNN are wholly out of touch with the level of pent-up frustration and outrage that exists across much of America right now. People are losing their jobs, losing their health insurance, losing their homes and losing their freedoms. The disastrous policies of U.S. lawmakers have thrust tens of millions of Americans into situations where they literally have nothing left to lose. Believe it or not, a great many people have reached the point where they are willing to die in the protection of principle and what they see as "the heart and soul of America."

Government tyrants never understand this because they do not understand principles. They operate primarily on power, domination and threats of violence. That's why the BLM brought snipers, helicopters and 200 armed agents to a tortoise dispute.

As revealed in the secret audio recording obtained by Natural News (featuring BLM director Dan Love threatening Pete Santilli with arrest), today's government operates almost entirely on coercion and the threat of violence against innocent Americans who refuse to kowtow to tyranny. That's also why California raw milk man James Stewart was raided at gunpoint and thrown in jail for distributing fresh milk to health-conscious consumers. It's why Americans are being arrested and threatened all across the country for growing their own home gardens. And it's the same reason why Cliven Bundy was threatened with extreme violence by the BLM for refusing to surrender to their demands that he pay over $1 million in "grazing fees" for land his family has been working since the 1870's.

The Next Clash May Turn Violent

Where this is all headed, by the way, is toward an extremely violent clash between an arrogant, incensed federal government and emboldened American patriots who now have momentum (and history) on their side.

Sadly, my prediction is that the next such clash will see neither side willing to back down, and it will very likely result in bloodshed. The feds, you see, can never allow themselves to appear overpowered, especially not by a group of people they consider to be "subjects" of the empire. No doubt the feds are right now engineering a plan to reassert power over the Bundy Ranch battleground through the use of extreme force or threat of violence.

Be on the lookout for a staged false flag event, where government agents shoot some of their own people and then blame it on citizen protesters. Staged events have always been used throughout history to provide public justification for cracking down on groups that oppose government interests. Definition: "False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as if they are being carried out by other entities." The history of the U.S. government is, of course, rife with numerous false flag plans such as Operation Northwoods in which declassified government documents state, "We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation."

While the mainstream media mocks anyone who cites factual U.S. history on such matters, the undeniable truth is that the U.S. government drew up detailed, classified plans to stage a massive wave of false flag events against Cuba. From pages 10-11 of declassified documents, here's what the U.S. government planned to do as a false flag operation against Cuba, written in the government's own words:

A series of well coordinated incidents will be planned to take place in and around Guantanamo to give genuine appearance of being done by hostile Cuban forces.

A. Incidents to establish a credible attack:
(1) Start rumors (many). Use clandestine radio.
(2) Land friendly Cubans in uniform "over-the-fence" to stage attack on base.
(3) Capture Cuban (friendly) saboteurs inside the base.
(4) Start riots near the base main gate (friendly Cubans).
(5) Blow up ammunition inside the base: start fires.
(6) Burn aircraft on air base (sabotage).
(7) Lob mortar shells from outside of base into base.
(8) Capture assault teams approaching from the sea or vicinity of Guantanamo City.
(9) Capture militia group which storms base.
(10) Sabotage ship in harbor; large fires -- naphthalene.
(11) Sink ship near harbor entrance. Conduct funerals for mock-victims.

A "Remember the Maine" incident could be arranged: We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation. We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.

So have no illusions that the federal government is capable of when it comes to staging things for political purposes. Whether a false flag event is set up by the feds is anyone's guess, but for the moment, the People have achieved a remarkable victory against tyranny. The Battle of Bunkerville was won without a single shot being fired. The People stood their ground and the government backed down.

Alternative Media Dominates Coverage,

Upstages Lamestream Media

The entire story was spearheaded and shaped by alternative media, with the mainstream media snoozing on the job and discrediting itself by pretending none of this ever happened. Social media rapidly propelled this story beyond the ability of the government to control it, and this above all things has the BLM utterly outraged.

They are extremely angry that they cannot control the narrative. And the mainstream media is baffled by their inability to suppress this story. What has really come out of this is a new era of citizen journalism and grassroots activism: when faced with tyranny, the People will spontaneously report the news, share the news and handily beat the media at its own game. This has now been demonstrated and proven beyond all doubt.

The only way for the federal government to stop this is to shut down Facebook, shut down Twitter and essentially seize the internet. While there are surely plans in place to do exactly that, such a move would undeniably cement the U.S. government as a totalitarian regime on equal footing with North Korea or Communist China. And while today's government in many ways operates just like North Korea -- complete with secret military torture camps and widespread surveillance of citizens -- it cannot afford the public perceiving it as such. So shutting down the internet is only a last-ditch "nuclear option" that's extremely unlikely to ever be invoked.

Honestly, I don't know why the feds haven't tried to hire alternative media leaders to provide them with intelligent assessments of developing situations. Everybody knows the smartest people in media today are found in alternative media. Most mainstream media reporters don't engage in real investigations anymore, so they've become cognitively lazy. Who needs to ask questions when the White House hands you all the scripted answers up front?

Heck, I'd be happy to tell the feds -- for free! -- what they really need to do in order to avoid violence, but I doubt they want to hear my answers: Obey the Constitution, respect the People and stop using threats of violence against Americans.
