A spokesman for Hamas, the Palestinian terror group, said that the Jihadist movement is loyal to Palestinian principles in its policy of terrorism against the Jews until Israel ceases to exist and said that any offer by the PA President Mahmoud Abbas to establish a Palestinian state, even with temporary borders, is rejected by Hamas.

Osama Hamdan, the Hamas spokesman, said the Hamas plan is based on obtaining a Palestinian state by force of arms, not by way of a grievance, a path which has failed and that Hamas will fight to eliminate the Jewish state of Israel altogether.

JIMMY’S PROPHETIC PROSPECTIVE ON THE NEWS

The statement by Hamas, the Palestinian terror group, that they plan to eliminate the Jewish state of Israel, is a page out of Bible prophecy.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been the focus of world leaders over the last several decades as they have worked to bring about a resolution to this conflict. However, the truth be known, as revealed in the recent Hamas declaration, the elimination of the Jewish state of Israel is a Palestinian principle. Both Bible history and prophecy confirm this Palestinian principle. In the book of Genesis, we have the record of the birth of Jacob and Esau, Genesis 25:23-26.

In Genesis 27, the account of Jacob stealing the birthright and blessing from Esau reveals that Esau then made a pledge to kill Jacob. History down through 4000 years has revealed to us the conflict continues even until today with Jacob, the Jewish people of today, and Esau, the Palestinian people of today, still in that conflict of 4000 years. Bible prophecy foretold of this conflict during the end times. Ezekiel, the ancient Jewish prophet, wrote that the Edomites, the descendants of Esau, the Palestinian people today, would want to kill the Jews, the descendants of Jacob, and then take the land that God had given to them, Ezekiel 35.

The Hamas plan to eliminate the Jewish state of Israel is indeed a page out of Bible prophecy, Bible prophecy that will be fulfilled.

A HAMAS LEADER SAYS THAT JEWS WILL SOON BE EXPELLED FROM ALL OF ISRAEL

Mahmoud Zahar, a Hamas leader in the Gaza Strip, says the Jews of Israel, Palestine as he referred to the Jewish nation, will be soon expelled from the land the same way they were expelled out of France, Russia, and Germany in the past. Zahar said that the only nation that received the Jews after they were expelled from the European nations was the Islamic nation which protected them.

Zahar claimed that the Jews were expelled in the past because they betrayed, stole, and corrupted the countries and that the Palestinians with their blood can liberate their lands and holy sites in all of Palestine.

JIMMY’S PROPHETIC PROSPECTIVE ON THE NEWS

The declaration by a Hamas terrorist leader that the Jews will soon be expelled from their nation of Israel is an echo of the prophetic scenario that's found in Bible prophecy for the last days.

Mahmoud Zahar, a Hamas terrorist leader has in the past called for the Jews to be expelled from their land and nation of Israel. Now the Islamic terrorist leader says that in the near future the Jews will indeed be put out of the land that they claim as a Jewish state. Zahar has called for all Palestinian factions to unite and if need be shed their blood to liberate what they call Palestine which they say is all of Israel and then they can go to al Aksa Mosque in Jerusalem to pray.

This report is evidence that the end of times prophetic scenario found in the Bible is very close to fulfillment. The ancient Jewish prophets Ezekiel, Malachi, and Obadiah all prewrote history on this matter and foretold of the Edomites, the descendants of Esau, the Palestinians of today trying to rid the world of the Jewish people, the descendants of Jacob, twin brother of Esau. Malachi wrote that the Edomites, the Palestinians, would return to rebuild (Malachi 1). Ezekiel wrote that these people, the Palestinians, would kill the Jews and take their land (Ezekiel 35). Obadiah revealed that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict would only be resolved when the Messiah Jesus Christ returns to the earth (Obadiah 15-18). Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Ahuva Balofsky, Breaking Israel News (BIN) — Hamas told Iranian television Sunday that it has a new terror tunnel which it claims reaches into Israel.

According to group members who spoke to the al-Alam Arabic-language TV station, the tunnel is 3.5 kilometers (just over 2 miles) long and will be used in “the next round” of violence against Israel.

It is not not clear from the footage whether the tunnel was in fact new or merely a segment of an old tunnel filmed in last summer’s conflict.

During the 50-day Operation Protective Edge last summer, terror tunnels played a significant role in Hamas’s strategy. The tunnels were used to ambush Israeli soldiers. 12 were killed in separate attacks during Operation Protective Edge.

The tunnels were intended for use in civilian kidnapping plots, as well, as was done in 2006, when Gilad Shalit was taken. Israel destroyed some two dozen tunnels during the conflict.

Since a ceasefire was reached between Hamas and Israel last August, the ruling party of Gaza has invested its energy and resources in rebuilding its destroyed tunnel network. Humanitarian aid, such as concrete, sent to reconstruct damaged neighborhoods, has been redirected towards rebuilding the tunnels. Heavy machinery has been seen in use on the Gaza side of the border.

Meanwhile, sounds of digging have been reported in border communities in Israel. Due to mounting concerns over the tunnels, the IDF has invested in developing tunnel detection technologies, some of which were deployed in April.

Hamas military preparations are ongoing, including the deployment of troops along Israel’s border, and infantry and urban warfare exercises conducted at all levels.

CAUSE FOR CONCERN: ISRAELI’S RIGOROUS COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL LAW

A Truthful And Balanced Perspective On Israel

“THIS REPORT IS A RAY OF LIGHT TRYING TO PENETRATE
THE THICK PREJUDICE ENCAPSULATING THE UN”

Tsvi Sadan, Israel Today — “Our overall findings are that during Operation Protective Edge last summer … Israel not only met a reasonable international standard of observance of the laws of armed conflict, but in many cases significantly exceeded that standard.”

That was the conclusion reached by the High Level International Military Group report submitted last week to the UN Human Rights Council. According to the report, this inquiry was unprecedented, and so was the access granted to IDF personal and information.

This group, made up of former chiefs of staff, generals and senior officers from the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom, among others, was intently focused on one of the most pressing issues surrounding modern armed conflict: “How civilian lives can be protected and military forces can fight effectively … in a densely packed civilian area.”

This challenge haunts not only Israel, but all Western democracies. Today, these nations face asymmetric armed conflicts where armies no longer fight armies, but must rather contend with paramilitary organizations that exploit international laws of war for their advantage. This yet unresolved challenge is a cause of severe headache for many statesmen and generals.

Contrary to the anti-Israel rhyme heard all over the world, these 11 experts appeared to be concerned that Israel was in fact going “beyond the required legal principles of proportionality.”

Though not saying so explicitly, they feared that Israel’s extraordinary efforts to avoid civilian casualties represented too high a standard, and would therefore hinder effective military action.

Rather than condemn Israel for alleged war crimes, this group seemed to be saying quite the opposite. Because of its fear of condemnation, Israel becomes an example of ineffective military operations that can have dire consequences not only for Israel, but for any other Western country fighting terror.

Though Israelis have long known it to be true, the conclusion that the Gaza campaign “was a legitimate war” carries extra weight coming from an independent international commission of inquiry.

It confirms the fact that “Hamas’s rocket attacks deliberately and indiscriminately targeted Israeli civilian population.”

It reiterates that “Hamas launched attacks against Israel from the heart of its own civilian communities in Gaza and positioned its munitions and military forces there also, including in schools, hospitals and mosques.”

These experts also arrived to the conclusion that “in general Israeli forces acted proportionately as required by the laws of armed conflict and often went beyond the required legal principles of proportionality, necessity and discrimination.”

And finally, just like the Israelis, this fact-finding commission is also concerned that “the measures taken [to avoid civilian casualties] were often far in excess of the requirements of the Geneva Conventions. They sometimes placed Israeli lives at risk. To an extent these steps also undermined the effectiveness of the IDF’s operations by pausing military action and thus allowing Hamas to re-group and replenish.”

This report is a ray of light trying to penetrate the thick prejudice encapsulating the UN. Based on past experience, however, it is unlikely that such reports will make so much as a dent in the world’s blatantly anti-Israel attitude.

Ahuva Balofsky, Breaking Israel News (BIN) — After initially holding Salafist groups responsible for several recent bomb attacks in the Gaza Strip, Hamas has changed its mind, blaming Palestinian Authority ruling party Fatah, instead. The reversal took place Wednesday, Ynet reported.

Several bombs targeting the ruling Hamas party have rocked the Gaza Strip in recent weeks, including an attack May 14 on a training field that left dozens wounded. Hamas began a campaign of arrests on Salafists activists who support the Islamic State and consider Hamas to be “soft” on both Israel and Islam. In an effort to apply pressure on Hamas to stop their crack-down, the Salafists launched several rockets against Israel, knowing the Israeli response would keep Hamas too busy to deal with them.

Now, Hamas appears to have had a change of heart. Hamas’s Interior Ministry blamed the PA for the bombings at a press conference, saying Fatah was exploiting the regional security situation to destabilize the Gaza Strip. The Islamist party claimed to have arrested several individuals involved in the alleged conspiracy, which it says was led by senior political and security officials in Ramallah.

As proof, Hamas presented a video containing the supposed confession of one Naim Abu Ful, purported to be responsible for a marketplace car bombing attempt in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood. Abu Ful is said to have been acting under direct orders from Ramallah.

In the video, the man says he took his orders from Sami Nasman, a senior security official in Ramallah, and that an associate of Palestinian Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, Mahmoud el-Habash, was personally involved in the plan.

Ultimately, Hamas blamed Abbas for the bombings, demanding Palestinian unity government Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah take a stand on the matter, holding the guilty parties responsible.

In addition to the bombings, Hamas accused Fatah of fabricating dozens of websites and Facebook pages aimed at encouraging anarchy in the Gaza Strip and undermining the Hamas government there.

GAZA ROCKETS STRIKE SOUTHERN ISRAEL

A Truthful And Balanced Perspective On Israel

ISLAMIC JIHADISTS ASSAULT ISRAEL

Israel Today Staff — Palestinian terrorists operating out of the Gaza Strip fired an estimated five missiles at southern Israel on Tuesday night. At least one missile landed near the Jewish village of Gan Yavne near the coastal city of Ashdod. There were no injuries or damage reported.

So far, no terror group has claimed responsibility for the first significant missile attack since last summer’s Gaza war. Officials in Jerusalem, however, hold Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip, firmly responsible for this new provocation.

Palestinian reports suggested the attack was carried out by the smaller Islamic Jihad, which Hamas permits to operate out of Gaza. Islamic Jihad was said to have appointed a new commander in northern Gaza, but the move was vocally opposed by his predecessor. In retaliation, supporters of the new commander reportedly abducted two backers of his predecessor, who in turn responded by striking Israel. Hamas is said to have made arrests in the incident.

But Israel wasn’t about to wait for Hamas justice, and launched aerial strikes overnight on terrorist positions across Gaza in response to the attack on Israeli civilians.
